Warranty
We take extraordinary measures so that your Leatherman tool will give you many years of dependable service. If it doesn't, we will gladly repair or replace it, with one of equal or greater value (if your tool has been retired) under our 25-year guarantee. This warranty does not cover abuse, alteration, unauthorized or unreasonable use of your Leatherman tool. This warranty does not cover sheaths, accessories, imprinting, color finishes, cleaning, or sharpening.
Leatherman Tool Group is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction
Return Information
To obtain warranty service, you must return your tool to us. You are responsible for the postage to us. We will then decide whether to repair or replace the item. Proof of purchase is required.
Package the Tool Securely
In the package, please write legibly and include the following information.
- Your name
- Phone number
- Return address
- A brief description of all the problems
- DO NOT SHIP US YOUR SHEATH
When you return your tool, be sure to use an insured shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items that do not reach the service centers.
